Due to the huge success of our store tennis racquet demo program, we decided to take a step further and reach to our customers all over continental United States. Our demo program will let you choose up to 4 racquets to play with for 7 days at only shipping charges. Yes, you get the racquets on Monday, you ship them back to us the following Monday. Access to our demo program is very easy and can be done from your computer or mobile device. First of all log on to www.tennisplaza.com. Once on our home page you can proceed in one of two ways:
1. Find the DEMO PROGRAM banner on our home page and select the racquets you want to demo from the different brands available, continue shopping and check out.
2. Find the racquet you want, click on the item and click the button DEMO THIS RACQUET on the right hand side of the main picture of the racquet, continue shopping and check out.
The racquets will be delivered by UPS ground services with any other item you’ve purchased from our page along with the demo program policies and a return label. Save the box and return label to return the racquets back to us. Inspect the racquets for any damages during delivery and report them to info@tennisplaza.com if necessary. Go play tennis, remember that you have 7 days to demo the racquets, if you fail to ship back the package on the due date a fee of $2.00 per racquet, per day will be charged to your account. After 7 days overdue we’ll charge your credit card with full retail price for each racquet. To return the racquets simply place them in the box that came with your order, affix the return label on top of the old one and leave the package at the nearest UPS facility.
One important point: only credit cards are accepted, no paypal nor amazon check out are available for demoing racquets.
